I live in an area where it gets very hot and humid in the summer - inside and out.
It ‘s an ideal place for mold and mildew to grow, especially in the basement and in the window frames. Since installing an Energy Recovery Ventilator, the house is drier in the summer and winter and we have no problems in the basement like we used to.

He had recently installed one on the advice of a building inspector friend of his. Well, what a difference it makes. The basement is no longer uninhabitable and the mold which grew on the basement walls is gone.
