Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Friday 7:00 am to 11:35 am

The Assembler
To put together the components required in the manufacture of finished products.
Emphasis is on the production of a quality product.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assembly of components
  • Ensure high quality of manufactured product confirming that proper materials are being used
  • Ability to read and understand measurements, as well as use various measuring tools
  • Ability to use a variety of pneumatic tools and equipment
  • Perform routine care and maintenance of tools, equipment, and machines
  • Prepare and maintaining work area in a safe condition
  • Responsible for quality control of their own assembly process (insulation cutting and gluing, assembly, packaging)
  • Spatial perception to understand and visualize relationships and arrangement of parts in products and in the assembly line process
  • All other related duties or projects, as assigned

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

  • High attention to detail is essential with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast pace environment
  • Manual dexterity, speed, accuracy, and hand-eye coordination is essential, work safety and efficiently in order to maximize production and minimize waste; activities involve fitting, attaching, gluing, cutting, and assembling
  • Must be able to communicate, cooperate and work effectively with others to ensure efficient and smooth production-line operations
  • Must be organized, proactive and maintain a positive attitude in the workplace
  • Must be knowledgeable of proper safety standards and procedures and be proficient in the safe operation of machines and equipment
  • Must be organized, proactive and maintain a positive attitude in the workplace
  • Must be able to understand verbal or written instructions
  • Must be versatile and be able to work in more than one area of the production process as requested
  • Successful completion of references and background check
