Job Summary:
Airia Brands Inc. is seeking a highly organized, motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team to support the growth of our ventilation business units in Canada and the USA. The Marketing Coordinator will design and update spec sheets, sell sheets, brochures, and social media graphics, while ensuring consistency across all platforms. This role involves planning and executing trade show participation and managing logistics. Additionally, tradeshow follow up including post show marketing campaigns, managing content calendars, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize engagement.
The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter, thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be willing to travel as required, within Canada and to the USA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Visual merchandising, point-of-sale displays and support promotional campaigns, signage, and event coordination.
- Assist in organizing dealer and customer engagement events to drive brand awareness.
- Assist in the planning and execution of in-store marketing activations at distributor outlets.
- Coordinate the distribution with Territory Managers with marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and POS displays.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance to assess effectiveness and improve future activations.
- Design and update marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and digital ads using Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual merchandising.
- Ensure all visual assets follow brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look.
- Collaborate with vendors and printers to ensure accurate production of printed materials.
- Maintain inventory of trade show supplies and promotional items.
- Capture event photos and videos for post-show marketing content. Travel to jobsites or customer locations to document reference projects/support with product launches etc.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- A university degree/college diploma (or working towards) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related program.
- A motivated, self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing, including traditional, digital, and content marketing.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – Specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
